Cancellation Policy
The following fees will apply as of the date of receipt of written cancellation notice.
Minimum Fee: The $1000 deposit is the minimum non-refundable cancellation charge.
30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total trip cost will be charged.
If you need to cancel due to COVID related incidents or restrictions you can apply your payment to any VysionQuest Retreat or Online Course within 2 years of cancellation. You can also transfer the credit to someone else. I'm happy to be flexible and work with you.

Yes, all classes are suitable for beginners. This is a great way to get some guidance and experience with yoga and maybe even kickstart a new habit.

Each writing exercise poses a different question to help you look at your deepest desires, hopes, dreams -- and anything holding you back that you might be unaware of -- skillfully placed in a particular order that supports you to open up to different aspects of yourself, deeper and deeper as the program progresses. That's why it's a process. You can't get to these inner answers from a book or a TED Talk or just journaling. This is a deep process that carefully uncovers the essence of YOU.
