I want to talk to you about one of the side effects of discovering your purpose, your unique life’s purpose. And that is, well there are a lot of sort of benefits and side effects that come from discovering your purpose, clarifying it, and starting to do it in your life.
The one that I want to talk to you today about is that once you know what your purpose is and you have distilled it down to the essence of what you’re here to give and who you’re here to be and how you’re here to help people… you have to do less.
It’s just about BEING more. Being that purpose.
And what you’ll find is that it’s more like it’s your energy, your natural energy, that people are wanting to be around and hire you for. And that there’s some way that your energy helps to uplift or empower other people.
So while you still will do things, you’ll say things, you might guide people through a process, or you might have some structure to the way that you serve people, that you help people. Could be in a business or a book or a process or a work of art. It’s more about your energy as a human being fulfilling your purpose that is what’s so transformational for people.
And that’s really cool. It’s really cool when you can just be yourself. And realize that you just being you is exactly what people need. It’s what people are asking for. It’s what they’re paying you for. There’s some way that you get people back into a flow in their lives.
Could be with their relationships, or their money, or their business, or their garden, or their pool, or their motorcycle, or whatever your expertise is. But it’s mostly your energy. Your ability to find solutions. Your ability to open people’s eyes to new possibilities. Your ability to get them energized to take new action.
And so, the big key for that is you being you and you understanding what your unique purpose is and being it.
