Before I came on the VysionQuest Retreat I was feeling frustrated, tired and without a clear vision for how to live my best life.

During the process of VysionQuest I found out a lot about myself. Having other people sharing their stories was a wonderful, deep and meaningful experience. Hugging participants and crying with them has healed me. I was able to open up and connect with people on a level that was quite new to me.
I always thought I wasn't a morning person but getting up just after 5 a.m. and doing a Silent Sunrise Sessions, meditation, writing and yoga was a wonderful and energizing experience that I will implement into my daily routine.
I feel excited, motivated, loved, connected and joyful. I look forward to making my dreams come true and to helping others to have unforgettable experiences, feel better, live healthier and find their true life purpose.
